Our postal service provides a properly regulated, specialist and private online service to help men get the impotence treatment they need without leaving home.

How does it work? 

• Step one: register online and complete our free online assessment.  A doctor will look at your answers and decide whether you're likely to benefit from treatment.  You'll need to know your blood pressure to complete our online assessment.  Many pharmacies will take blood pressure for free.
• Step two: if it's safe to do so, our doctors will 'unhide' a trial course of impotence treatment for you to try.  We'll let you know when we've done this by sending you an SMS. By logging back on to DrThom, you'll then be able to order and pay for a trial course of impotence treatment.
• Step three: - if your trial course of treatment is effective and you don't experience any serious side-effects, our doctors will be able to prescribe ongoing treatment. They'll be able to prescribe up to 16 tablets at any one time.
